does eating and drinking only coffee make you lose fat(fast)?
because the high profile choreographer at glee gave mercedes a list of what to eat. only coffee was listed in it. ;;)
The only way coffee would make you gain weight is if you got a sugary blended drink at Starbucks. Regular coffee with a little bit of sugar and milk that is in calorie controlled portions is fine and will suppress appetite.
I will tell you from experience that not eating in order to lose weight does more harm in the long run. Its not good for you and then when you do eat your body goes into “store the fat” mode because it doesn’t know when it will get food next. You should actually eat something every three to four hours. it could be a few raisins or pretzels or something small but you need to have something to keep your metabolism going. Portion control is a very big factor in peoples eating habits. If you have trouble controling your portions there are things out there that can help you do that. If not, then yay for you and your ability to stop eating once you have the sensation that you are full. That is the advice I have for you as of right now. And it is coming from somone who didn’t eat hardly at all for a while. Not good for you. Your body will feel like crap too. All caffeine and no nutrition is a recipie for disaster.
