I am only 28 and have suffered with cellulite for years already (I am relatively slim and have never had children). I have always been searching for tips for reducing it but never found a convincing cure. My regular diet is quite healthy anyway – no coffee, tea, or fizzy drinks, alcohol only about once a month, take away about once a month, no ‘ready meals’ or frozen meals. I admit I could do more exercise but have a relatively active job anyway.

So – today I have seen someone saying they cut out ALL dairy for 6 months and their cellulite disappeared…. but i LOVE dairy! I have cereal with semi-skimmed milk every day, and often a 2% or 0% fat yoghurt with honey almost every day. I have some feta cheese with a salad about 3 times a week. I rarely eat other cheeses.

So – I would find it sooooo hard to cut out dairy – does anyone know about this for real, like a dietician or something? I need some advice, please?
